Content based delegation with conditional routing
Conditional routing is a powerful tool that allows you to go deeper into the body of an alert and customize the way it should be handled. Based on the content of the alert, determine who it should be assigned to, what information should be extracted into the incident title, how to handle the alerting and more.
See the json body of a past incident by searching with the incident ID.
State the conditions that must be met for the routing to apply.
State whether the conditions should be checked for with the 'and' or 'or' logic.
Set the time frame within which the routings should be appied.
Dictate how the alert would be handled and how the incident should be created.
