Suppress repeating alerts
Monitoring tools generate far too many alerts and are not aware of whether you are working on the incident. While you are responding to an incident, getting interrupted continuously by all these unnecessary alerts can be distracting and can significantly slow you down. Reduce these interruptions by automatically grouping similar alerts into one incident or suppressing them all together so you do not get pinged every other minute.
