How to handle office hours?
Cross over incident management with your office hours. Set up your office hours from your Service settings. When office hours are set, TaskCall does not actively notify you about incidents in off hours, but brings it back to the forefront when you return to work. It ensures that you never miss an incident and at the same time makes sure that you are not interrupted by incidents that can wait till later.
Manage office hours from "services"; not routines.
Deprirotize incidents in off hours so you are not actively notified about it. TaskCall can automatically reprioritize it when you are back to work.
