Customize notification rules
TaskCall sends incident notifications in tiers and by several methods -- email, push notifications, SMS and voice calls (also chat-ops integrations once you configure them). Customize the way these notifications are sent out. Define what type of notification should be sent out and after how long. You can also customize your on-call hand-off notifications.
Alert notifications are the notifications that are sent out in relation to an incident.
Hand-off notifications are notifications that are sent out to remind you when you are about to go on-call for an escalation policy.
