What is a service?
A service is a technical component of your system (e.g. server, database, API, load balancer). Create a digital track of your system by creating services in TaskCall. Connect all the tools you actually use to monitor your services (e.g. Amazon CloudWatch, Datadog, Sentry, Log Rocket) with the digital service you create in TaskCall. When alerts are raised by these monitoring tools, it will be piped to TaskCall and incidents will be created. Configure the service to handle incidents that occur on it.
Define what escalation policy should handle incidents that occur on this service.
